The Seeteufel, the primary objective of the entire operation must be destroyed at all costs. Fighting Fischgesicht in the claustrophobic rooms of the sub is really tough, since he has a goddamn rocket launcher, so splash damage can destroy you easily.
That said, forget about doing Ironman runs when you reach this level, because the missile turrets, which are invisible Cyberdemons you cannot kill suck, because of RNG. And you have to deal with more of them in the first part of Jailbreak, so swallow your pride and save when dealing with them.
