This one was interesting, a bunch of health early on when i didn't need it, then really starved of health later, also ammo got super tight!
The most notable bit here is I have to swap my normal route around and take out the dogs first as I can't use the secrets to cut back, getting a machine gun from the first guy isn't bad.
I counted 72 treasure items locked in secrets.
