Deborah Dillon established the City of Phoenix Education Office in 1989. As the Youth & Education Director, she started the City's Principal for a Day Program and Outstanding Young Man, Young Woman Awards. Debbie is also the visionary and founder behind, College Depot- a free, full-service college access center at the Burton Barr Central Library. Debbie's greatest contribution was serving as a relentless advocate for youth.
