This is another piece based on the video game Rain World. I was inspired to compose this after coming across this artwork online. I aimed to create something atmospheric, conveying a large empty space. Although it is a tad short, I do like the end result! Especially the opening section when the bass synths first come in
The title for the song is a bit of a pun. I feel the image and music convey a sense of pondering. Perhaps the Slugcat here is wondering of the world below them. But the "Wonder" is also the scene itself: the very existence of this world is wondrous and sublime
