Wonderful Skyrim Animations - Making a true blade dancer character
Using ADXP-MCO framework and keywords attached to matching models from different .esps it is possible to add multiple MCO animation sets to weapons that although are unique items in the inventory they look the same when equipped.
First is Tauriels daggers using blade dancer animations from Stormbringer
Switched to ESkyrim's dual reversed daggers. I made a non-reversed separate .esl for those so I could reference that animation set from a keyword attached to the .esl in the DAR custom conditions for that set.
Third is Twinblade animations from Black followed by VeraFlare also from Black although I created the files needed from the Raven Twinblade I made so they would both match.
The bottom line is there is 10-12 normal attacks. and nearly as many power attacks available for weapons that look exactly the same but are technically different items in the inventory.
We could take this even further and have 4-5 different MCO animation sets connected through keywords in the custom conditions folders of DAR to different .esps which all contain the same model.
This makes the diversity of animations for a single 'Looking' weapon almost limitless.
They would be individual items in the inventory however I used hot keys to reference 'sets' I could switch between at the press of a button.
Just thinking outside the box.......Wait....There's a box? Nobody told me :)
