To unlock Chasing Your Tail you need to beat your previous time on the same puzzle

For easibility I went for the first puzzle you'll come across. Animal Kingdom, At The Zoo

Take your time with your first run, aim to finish around the 1.30 mark or take as long as you want, half hour if you feel like it.
The important part is to set a quicker time when you replay the puzzle.

So long as you're quicker by even a second you'll unlock Chasing Your Tail
