In my quest for best first word and solution in fewest attempts I have coded my own AI and linguistics chart. My program chooses MEANT as the first word. Then I use the linguistics chart to find the second word.

I made the same mistake again and re-used a letter in my second word, the letter N. Maybe it is luck but the words scrabblecheat.com showed let me narrow my guess. I was going to choose CHAIR but A was used as the thief letter in MEANT so CHAIR is not the wordle. I love putting A in the third spot. So I choose CIGAR even though I don't think it is the word but to my delight it is. Another Wordle solved in three attempts.

Make sure you use the chart as it shows which letter is most likely to appear in each position from one to five in the word.

I can use the textbox to put fout letters I want to have in the word and press Show Words to find a word to enter. It will consider the fifth letter a blank letter and make sure any word has the four letters you entered.
