Workaround for OBS | Nvenc lowers GPU memory clock
Hello my friends, in this short tutorial I gonna show you a workaround to fix the OBS NVenc issue which lowers your GPU memory clock. The problem however is in the nVidia driver.
Tools you need:
* https://ci.appveyor.com/project/Orbmu2k/nvidiaprofileinspector/build/artifacts
* https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/
Quick steps:
* Ensure your driver is set to 'Prefer Maximum performance' (default for all streamers :D)
* Make sure you disable 'CUDA - Force P2 State' via the tool I linked (nvidiaProfileInspector).
How can I check my Mhz are correct during the stream via NVenc?
You can use GPU-Z to monitor you Mhz (see second link under 'tools you need').
