Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. - in other words, consistency in practice is good as long as that practice doesn't get in the way of the spirit's ability to move freely, as it wills. 1 Timothy 4:8 For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come. - we can apply physical methods to our spiritual growth and that is important, but spiritual integrity and faith to follow the spirit, is key, to achieving ones manifestation, beyond anything else. If we follow the spirit, by applying the judgement of the law and the mercy for ourselves for not living up to its standards all the time, then the spirit can put us in the right frequency state that is needed for our desired manifestion to come into fulfillment.

Matthew 5:17 “Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.” John 14:15 “If ye love me, keep my commandments... And if you keep them, I will manifest myself to you"
