This is a working Windows 7 Computer with Sound in Minecraft. This is done by using a mod called "VM Computers".

In order for VM Computers to work, you need Minecraft v1.15.2, and you also need the Fabric Minecraft mod. You also need VirtualBox (can be any version starting with "6.1.x"). This can only work for Windows PC's only. You can run between Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows Me, Windows XP, Windows 7, etc.
If I need a Sound Open Oracle VM VirtualBox, click Settings on VmComputersVm, click Audio, and click Enable Audio Output.
