-Neon Abyss Workout Punishment Roulette Rules-

For every time someone dies in the game that is also be how many times you will spin a roulette wheel that will have 10 different workouts. Were each 2 out of the 10 will forces on the same area but also 5 out of the 10 will be weight training while others will be calisthenics workouts. When a workout is selected by the roulette wheel you would have to do 5 reps of the workout but if the same workout has been selected multiped times then you have to do that the 5 reps multiply the numbers of times it was selected.



Workouts List for Roulette Wheel

Chest- Push-ups or Dumbbell Floor Chest Fly

Shoulder- bear crawl shoulder tap or Standing Bradford press

Biceps- Inverted rows or Biceps curls

Abs- Sit-up or Dumbbell side bend

Back- Superman or Deadlifts
