Easter was supposed to be a rest day but I got restless and decided to hit the gym with an impoved workout. Jerk doubles with some squats at the end. Saturday night (aka the night before) I did 285lbs for 3x3 and my legs were still burning so I could have done more if I waited but I'm impatient so fuck my legs they will squat when I tell them to!
