World Gone Sour is a 3D sidescroller video game developed by Playbrains and published by Capcom. It was released on the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade. The game itself is a promotion for Sour Patch Kids, my favourite candy.

The player takes the role of a green sour patch kid who wishes to be eaten, as do his brother candy. It begins with him and his red friend about to be taken to a theater to be sold. A rip in the packaging causes the red friend to be left behind while the green one stays in. The packet is bought by a person at the movies where the green one is about to be eaten. The buyer trips though, causing the green kid to be thrown in the trash. He then sets on a journey to be eaten by someone while also encountering other sour patch kids who have been abandoned. He also meets corrupted sour patch kids who have gone "sour" and are lashing out at others for being forgotten.
