Concept testing of new counter-battery radar code (jfired)

Weapon Locating Mode:
The script backtracks projectile's vector and extrapolates approximate firing location of artillery using ballistic trajectory equation. Once approximated, event functions can be called (such as requesting counter-fire mission from friendly artillery units) -- for the purpose of this test, we call in a Cluster Bomb WIC TA on the suspected firing location.

Early Warning Mode:
Incoming shells are continuously tracked and estimated impact point is refined over time. At about 8-10 seconds prior to impact, incoming strike warning message is rendered on the estimated impact zone, alerting friendly infantry to move out of the area.
