249To get to Deepholm from stormwind you need to make sure you pick up the maelstrom quest from the bulletin board then go talk to the npc by the tol barad / vas jir portals. If you dont pick up the maelstrom quest from the bulletin board the npc will not open the portal to get to Deepholm by going through the maelstrom.
