Cataclysm has changed the starter zones. I decided to do a run of every race.
Dwarfs. Stumpy and thick creatures. I don't think I've ever wanted to seriously level a dwarf. Shout out to Honeybeard though. That's one of the Yogscast guys, BTW. FOLLOW ME!
It took me a billion tries to get this video zone. I started the first fine but stopped about level 2 to play with some friends. Then I had annoying internet problems which still plague me. I had to actually cut the intro video from a random made dwarf to paste to this one. Of course at the end of the video I DC but luckily it was where I planned to end the video so no loss there.
Of course I did a warlock. I love me casters. ;3 Warlocks start out with their pets lie hunter but can't control them until level 10. Aggressive pet woo hoo?
The starter zone is pretty much the same. Differences being you search for beer and listen to troll prophecies, the starter boss has an elemental with him, a slight difference to how you leave. GET TO DA CHOPPAH!!!!! This area is no longer shared with the gnome beginning characters and it's impossible for them to get through I believe. I never actually went back to check if that cave in was still there or if it was cleared away. There remain some gnome NPCs however.
