As a Demon Hunter, you will have the option to choose the Twisting Nether Order Advancement option with Loramus Thalipedes on the lower level of the Fel Hammer. This ability grants you access to use the Sanctum Crystal found right next to Loramus Thalipedes to teleport to a landing where a Fel Tome to cause an elite demon to appear. There are many different demons, but they each have a chance to drop the artifact appearance item for which you are looking. A demon can only be defeated once per day to obtain loot; any subsequent demon kills following the first on any given day have a 0% chance of dropping buff items or the artifact appearance item. Note that you do NOT need to be level 110, nor do you need to be in the Vengeance specialization in order for this item to drop. Each demon that spawns in response to the Fel Tome has a chance to drop the Bulwark of the Iron Warden. You do not need to be the actual player who right-clicked the Fel Tome in order to obtain this item. When used, a short cutscene will ensue that shows you your new appearance. This has an extremely low drop chance; you could spend months defeating an elite demon in your class hall every day. This hidden artifact appearance has 3 additional colors that can be unlocked by completing 100 Legion dungeons and raids, completing 200 world quests, and earning 1,000 honorable kills, all while having a hidden artifact appearance equipped. Note that progress can be earned towards unlocking these colors with the hidden artifact from the Havoc specialization too (this applies to all classes).
