Here's our First Look at Tier VIII Premium Pan-Asian destroyer Fenyang. She's basically a clone of Tier VIII Japanese destroyer Akizuki; flying the flag of the Republic of China, she represents a war prize with a post-war refit. Her hull, handling, and detection are basically copies of Akizuki, but her torpedo armament has been shifted to Asashio-style deep water torpedoes only capable of hitting battleships and carriers, while her main battery has been hit with a massive nerf. Her consumables loadout also looks like nothing you've ever seen on a Japanese destroyer before.
