Here's our First Look at Tier X Premium British cruiser HMS Plymouth. As a huge fan of the British light cruisers, I was initially super excited when they announced this ship. Digging deeper, though, and I am less enamored of her. It feels like - on paper - that most of what she already wants to do, Minotaur does better. What's the purpose of this ship? What's her intended role in a team that Minotaur can't already fill? I have no good answer for these questions.
