Here's our First Look at Tier X Premium Japanese cruiser Kitakami. Long ago - as in, four plus years ago - this ship used to strike terror into players. Based on what I know of the ship in its previous iteration at Tier VIII, I think that fear was probably justified. Now transformed and modified and moved to Tier X, does Kitakami retain any of that same terror? Honestly, I struggle to see anything about this ship that's all that scary.
