World of Warships - Quick Cut: Tier X Premium Japanese Destroyer Hayate
48I quite like Tier X Premium Japanese destroyer Hayate. I'm aware that her two million Free XP price tag is more than a little off-putting to many players, but I still think the ship offers something unique to fans of IJN destroyers: a downgrade over the torpedo power of a Shimakaze in exchange for a notable upgrade to the capabilities of her main battery. Hayate is like a Japanese Gearing. This game on Islands of Ice starts disastrously, but a single torpedo salvo in the mid-game makes the whole thing worth it. It underscores one of the core tenets of gameplay in World of Warships: as long as you are alive - no matter how little HP - you can have an impact.
In an effort to keep a better flow of content coming, I'm going to pretty up some of my more interesting Twitch games from a given week and share them on the channel. It kind of goes against my innate need to have a good-looking finished product, but I'm going to try this and see what you guys think. Please let me know in the comments.
