----- Patch 0.7.4.0 -----

Returning to my main theme in World of Warships for 2018 of becoming a better Aircraft Carrier captain, today I showcase some gameplay featuring the Tier VI Japanese carrier known as the Ryujo.

The match itself is a Tier VIII Standard Battle on the map Land of Fire; this serves as the focal point for my analysis as I talk about how I try to deal with +2 match-making scenarios as a carrier captain.

As part of my analysis, the key points to note are:

- Respecting the threat posed by the AA defences of +2 match-making ships; ships who try to overlap their AA radii; and those ships which may be using the Defensive AA consumable
- Using Fighters to scout isolated; AA-deprived enemy ships (i.e. Destroyers) which can then be crippled/eliminated via the Ryujo's "Strike" Flight Control (i.e. 2 Dive Bombers squadrons; 2 Torpedo Bomber squadrons)
- Realising that enemy ships with less HP typically denote ships which have less AA pieces available (i.e. they have been knocked out through successive HE shell strikes earlier on in the match)
