G'day everyone.

Here's the fourth video in a series of training videos for World of Warships (WoWS) (Re-uploaded due to post-edit on sound, and because apparently I couldn't spell "Sampson"). If you haven't seen the first three videos, I highly recommend checking them out before you look at this one.

This video sees us in a Destroyer for the first time - the US Tier 2 Sampson - and we also have a go at the US Tier 3 Cruiser St Louis. Some really good learning points here for beginners.....we're starting to see some of the challenges you find in the game, and hopefully I've capture what they are and how to deal with them. The Sampson has 4 torpedo launchers, 2 tubes per launcher, and a pretty rapid fire rate.......but can I hit anything? Then there's the St Louis - such a great ship, and good fun. We have a conversation about gunnery with the St Louis, and how to lead targets, and we also talk about the chat functions (F1-F12).

Additional points for this video - I'm always learning how to do videos better, and in this one I've taken out the in-game sound and I think that the overall sound and music are so much better. I'm pretty happy with how that came out....but I do miss my boom boom (although I'm sure the St Louis would just be a continuous stream of booming, and would drive you nuts). All music played in-game is from the Wargaming vault, free to all.

This video series is not a comprehensive guide. There are many of these on the WoWS forums and videos galore on 'how to', some of which I've actually created, so I encourage everyone to seek out the wonderful content available. I'm talking about those guides that provide specifics like how to play different ship classes, and master class guides on such things as gunnery / torpedoes / maps / individual ships / and so on. My videos are an introduction only.

I recorded this video using OBS software, and my headset microphone. My PC is a Ryzen 5 3600 that I built recently, with the following specs:
- Ryzen 5 3600
- ASUS TUF X570 Gaming Plus Wifi
- Nvidia GeForce 1060 6Gb
- 32Gb DDR4 3200MHz RAM
- Samsung M2 970 Evo Plus

Please feel free to comment and provide feedback. I have many ideas for fun and interesting guides and content, for this game and others, but I'm always open to suggestions and ideas.

Happy sailing!

Noppers.
