This is a pretty good golf simulator, and I believe one of the first released for MS-DOS. Game play is pretty standard, with a lot of courses to play, and a course editor to extend game play even further.
CGA graphics are pretty good, and the audio is about as good as you can get from a PC speaker. Pretty good game, all in all. Very well finished, and a testament to the professionalism of Electronic Arts. This sort of dedication is what propelled them into the great game company they are, even to this day.
