For more than the last 20 years, Wizards has stuck to their unwritten (?) gentlemanly agreement to not print a card BETTER than an existing card on the Reserve List..until now. While still technically complying, it's actually worse because they reminded everyone that technically they can, at any time, print a stronger version of the card or an identical version with a different subtype...which is actually twice as bad if you think about it. Is it time to panic? YES!
