The rumor mill is spinning with word that Wizards of the Coast is reportedly going to charge $30 dollars a month for access to D&D Beyond, which includes their upcoming VTT. It's also rumored that homebrew will be prohibited unless you pay the maximum sub tier on the site.

If it's all true, it's just the latest in the ongoing chaos surrounding Wizards of the Coast and the D&D brand, which is now all but ruined given the OGL controversies and the CEO trying to "monetize" every component of the once-beloved tabletop game.
