Login issue has been fixed ( for now ). 12 hours later... I requested a refund to Blizzard but apparently, they will only refund the money you spent BACK into your battle.net balance....sigh... in other words, they want to make sure you "RE-SPEND" back into Blizzard game...just like amazon.

So technically, I am stuck with this.

Blizzard is a MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR company. Not sure if they can afford technicians who knows what they are doing... maybe Blizzard is broke...maybe whoever in charge just graduated from College... I don't know....

Me as a consumer ( and a 30 years +video game player ), I am very disappointed in this launch and all the recurrent bugs. Never seen this in 18 years... as worst as an INDIE Game... sadly embarrassing...

All I know is that, all the old TECH BLIZZARD TEAM ( When Bobby Kotick was CEO ) would of fixed these bugs with NO recurrent issues. All I can remember from my last 18 years in this game.. are few DDoS attack? Which were fixed in few hours? Few minutes? Never seen any other bugs then that in the past as far as I can recall.

But since they ( Senior Tech Dept. ) probably all left the company after the Lawsuit ( or during the lawsuit )...the new employees are either " inexperienced" to fix these issues ( as they just go around by finding alternative solution without really fixing them ) or they have been poorly trained... I don't know... I really don't.

But one thing I know for sure, is that we are PAYING for this... paying for what? To watch a stuck login screen? Just like ESO and other similar under rated games? Is WoW now equivalent to PACMAN? Oh.

To then witness another bug? and so on and so on? Are we paying for that?
Are we gonna get compensated for all the time we couldn't play? I wonder. I don't think so.

I don't know if we get any value from this... I really don't know. All I know is that "garbage" is the first word that comes to mind when I think of all this circus.

Pathetic. Sad and pathetic.
