So for today's Windows on Wednesday, I do a direct upgrade from Windows 3.11 to Windows 98. I was originally part of the open beta test for this specific upgrade process and I wanted to try to recreate it as best as I can for this video.

At the end is a small channel update, just some minor updates on future projects.

Yes, the capture worked, but the res is low for most of it. Need to work that out for future videos.
