For a DPS Warrior's perspective, this buff provides 2,000 Strength for 10 seconds as a passive, occurring 1-2 times per minute it seems. While it's only about a 5% Strength gain, it should by itself lend a couple percent of additional damage over the course of a boss fight if lucky.
