Hey guys!
This is how you get the Reins of the Azure Drake and Reins of the Blue Drake. These mounts are obtained in The Eye of Eternity 10 man or 25 man. The Blue Drake however has chances to be dropped in The Oculus as well where as the Azure Drake is only from The Eye of Eternity. Specific numbers for the drop chance are undetermined however I'd say they are around the 1% mark. As I said both mounts CAN be dropped at the same time. Don't forget for the drake phase you get 5 stacks of health before you can attack Malygos then use the rotation 1,1,1,2,3 and you should be fine.
