Clash Royale's "pro tips" series continues on CWA Mobile Gaming! Today we'll have first time Sandstorm Australian pro PloppyTheJailer on the channel sharing his new Magic Archer Dart Goblin bait chip hybrid deck. We'll cover in depth strategy for this deck that shines on both ladder and tournament standard in arenas 9, 10, 11 and 12. Also check out the text guide below for individual matchup strategy! ►►Vs Xbow
Vs X-Bow, baiting their Fireball/Log is big, if the use FB on Magic Archer for instance, you can punish with a Miner Horde or if they log the Dart Gob, punish with Gang and Miner etc..
-I also like to use Magic Archer in some cases to chip the X-Bow and get damage on the tower.
►►Vs Giant
Vs Giant/Golem, again baiting is key as well as punishing Pumps with Miner. I like to do a few things to punish a Pump placed in front of the king tower, I either Miner the tower and Poison the Pump area, Miner the Pump and Pre-Log, or interestingly I like to Miner the Pump on the front and place Magic Archer at the bridge, if they defend with a Horde for example you kill the Horde and Pump.
-And baiting is important, Minion Horde has huge defensive capabilities, so try and bait a spell with your other cards, use Horde on defence and if possible translate it into a counterpush with a Miner tanking.
►►Vs Lava Hound Decks
Hound/Lava-Loon, quite an easy match-up, you can freely do simple punishes like Ice Golem/Miner Gang and they can't really respond to it since they have Zap and Fireball as their spells. If you manage to bait a FB on say a Dart Gob, Magic Archer, Gang etc, Horde is incredibly strong vs their push and will often then not win you the game.
►►Vs Graveyard Decks
Graveyard, snipe their Goblin Huts with Dart Gob and Magic Archer. This often means you can save the Poison for the Graveyard and if not bait the opponents Poison as stated above with Magic Archer etc, and defend the Gy with Gang/Horde and so forth. Killing their Ice Golem placed at the bridge to tank for the Gy in this situation is also paramount.
►►Vs Miner / PEKKA Control
Vs Miner Control/Pekka Hut, Reserve Dart Gob/Magic Archer for their Goblin Hut. The bait element to the deck is really good and Minion is crucial. If they are running Log, they have no feasible way to deal with it (Tag explained this in the video you did with him). Miner chip will often win you the game as you have a quicker cycle and can get more chip then the opponent, defence is important. Note, I also like to position my Magic Archer to chip an opposing unit (like Pekka for instance) and hit the tower.
►►Vs Three Musketeers
Three M, same rules apply as punishing a Pump like Golem/Giant. Magic Archer can get a lot of value in this match-up and Poison/Log vs their Gang, Three M and Horde is really essential to winning the game. Again Miner chip will win you the game.
►►Vs other Bait Decks
Vs other Bait decks, you basically have an auto win if their win condition is Goblin Barrel. You can always kill it with Log and push Miner chip as well as Poison to kill their squishy troops is great. Magic Archer and Dart Gob are great at sniping Princesses as well.
►►Vs Hog Decks
Hog Rider, Bait is important and you can often deny almost all damage from their Hog. Make sure to mix up your counters so you're unpredictable and win the game by chipping them out with Miner.
