469Really goddamn lucky game honestly. Ending was bad and is the only time I've ever had a search for someone with 700 Design points fail while speedrunning (let alone twice), but overall everything worked out.
Almost researched additional topics as a safety net for the publishing deals but I'm glad I didn't. I may have to for future runs if this time ever gets beaten.
Waiting until Year 6 to move out also probably contributed to this run working out really well, it allows the game to play itself out quicker and since I had the money I could afford to do so. Maybe the next run will wait for Year 7 or 8, who knows?
