no fucking way I did this I thought it was borderline impossible and now I finally did it, it took me way too much time. The run might seem a little slow but its because you cant do it to fast because then when you tie up a civ it doesn't count to the objective. Since I got 1.13 and there a only some small mistakes I do maybe think 1.12 is possible. For 1.12 you probably need a better civ rng than me and have a perfect run. Maybe 1.12 isn't even possible unless a new and better strat gets found but till then we'll see. Even having a tied wr on this will probably be hard (before I got this wr I had 6 1.14's)
