WRATH is a vertical shmup where you can charge up your hyper shot by grazing at enemy bullets. Also, instead of lives, you have a health indicator that starts at 100 and you lose a small pinch of it every time you get hit. There is also a rank system in which it increases every time you survive for much longer, and it takes bullet speed into account. You can take minimal hits in order to decrease the rank, although the EXTRA stage starts at a mamimum, at rank 9 though it can still be decreased.
