Here is the optimum setup for the cars in Bugbear's upcoming game (currently in Early Access) Wreckfest (previously called "Next Car Game". This setup is my personal opinion, but if you're going strictly by the numbers as well, this seems like a pretty viable option for "best" if you ask me. Just keep in mind, this could easily need tweaked depending on your driving style.
