Released in 2019 by Coatsink (who developed it with GrizzlyGames), Islanders is a little city-builder-come-puzzle game in which the player is given - wait for it - an island and a choice between selections of buildings. Each selection comprises a couple of buildings of a theme, with strategic placement of the buildings being key to earning enough points to earn the right to select another few buildings to place. The player soon unlocks bigger and more complex islands to place their buildings. The "High Score Mode" ends when the player runs out of buildings to place before reaching their current points target.

Thoroughly enjoyable and recommended to anyone looking for something to kill a few minutes. It may not hold everyone for long, but you'd have to be a sociopath to dislike it.
