WWF No Mercy on N64 is considered by many to be the greatest professional wrestling game ever released. With the amount of wrestling games that have been developed over the years, No Mercy receiving such high praise shouldn't be taken lightly. The game perfects the AKI wrestling engine with No Mercy being the last N64 pro wrestling game developed by the company.

With the likes of Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock, Triple H, Kane, The Undertaker and D-Generation X all being available on the roster, a robust creation mode allowing fans to edit superstars like never before, and a truly brilliant single player championship mode with a ton of replay value, No Mercy still receives a lot of praise even when going up against the later Smackdown games (and even the 2K games). Hardware has evolved tremendously since No Mercy was released back in 2000 yet the game is still considered the pinnacle of WWF / WWE gaming.
