X-Morph: Defense - Building defenses on the fly
6X-Morph: Defense is not only about leveling cities, fighting huge mecha, collapsing buildings, and blowing stuff up. It's also a game about creating things. Today we'd like to show you how you can quickly build up an efficient defense in the middle of a battle. The best way to make enemy paths longer is to block them with laser fences. Building laser fences doesn't use up resources so you can create as many connections as you want. The enemy AI reacts immediately to the changing landscape.
You can also build up defenses during the "intermission" phase in between enemy waves. There's infinite time for strategic planning during that phase.
