X-Play - The Final Season [4-Play Block #1]
95Following the demise of X-Play and Attack of the Show! in early 2013, the G4 network was intended to transition to the Esquire Network on April 22nd.
That... didn't quite happen...
But as the once-and-future gaming network limped along with no new content being produced, surviving viewers soon discovered that four-episode rerun blocks of X-Play began making their way into the daily schedule rotation.
The episodes were from 2012 and all took place after Adam Sessler left. They often did not appear to air in known order, or for any rhyme or reason.
These are four such episodes.
With Morgan Webb, Blair Herter and Kristin Adams.
Featuring stuff and things related to words such: Danica Patrick, Sonic All-Star Racing Transformed, Halo 4, Crysis 3, Mountain Dew, Crysis 3, Mike Read, WWE Summer Slam, Remember Me, Resident Evil 6, The Book of Unwritten Tales, The Legend of Zelda's 25th Anniversary, Street Fighter's 25th Anniversary, Madden NFL 13 Predictions, Gears of War Judgment, Cliff Bleszinski, Mobile Must-Haves, The X-Play Challenge with Super Mario Bros, Gateway games and Transformers: Fall of Cyberton.
X-Play Classics segments such as Star Trek Rockband, Morgan Blind Dating a Pirate from Soul Calibur, Senior Associate smoothy-loving Zombie reflections and Cobra & Mongoose appearances also appear. And Thomas Jane of 'The Punisher' (2004) shows up to talk about his comic, Bad Planet, proposed Kickstarter video game, alien death spiders, takes the X-Play Challenge, but doesn't get a kiss from Morgan Webb.
