As you all saw I had some issues with X4 Foundations vs the OBS because of Vulcan engine they use. I did extensive research and found only one way to fix it and decided to share it with fellow creators.

If you are too lazy to watch the video here is TL DR:
1) Use windowed mode
2) Use display capture in OBS
3) Use crop filter in obs display capture
4) Adjust X4 screen size to fit proper dimensions
5) Crop it
6) Resize the source on OBS so it will look like fullscreen
7) Enjoy footage without stuttering :D
