2I'm currently furious with Xbox Customer Service. I spent all morning on the phone with them today and got nowhere. The issue was a faulty controller, but that was just the beginning.
Apologies for the rant. I recorded the video just after I finished talking to them and the further I got into the video, the angrier I got.
