2In this video I expand upon some of the issues I've encounterd with Xbox quality control and Customer Service in recent weeks. It is not a video I wanted to make, as I really like the Xbox One and have owned all three Xbox consoles. But I felt compelled to make this video, in part, because I feel they are letting their customers and ultimately themselves down.
