Samsung just had their 2020 unpacked event which happened to include Xbox Game pass on the Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra thanks to the power of xcloud.
xcloud will be available to try on on the new Samsung Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra on September 15th if you happen to be signed up for Xbox Game pass ultimate. If your're not signed up for game pass don't worry with the purchase of any of the new Note series phone includes 3 months of Xbox Game Pass for free. After that Game Pass ultimate is $15 a month.
