Xbox one cant load save data. Fix.
609Hey I recently purchased Assassins Creed Black Flag on my Xbox One. Everything was fine with the game until I turned it on, and it had randomly stopped working. I browsed the internet in search of answers and found a hard reset was what I needed. The reason the game wouldn't work was an error connecting the Xbox to the cloud servers and a hard reset corrects the issue.
So what to do:
1) Turn Xbox One off.
2) Hold power button for 10 seconds (keep holding).
3) Unplug the power cable from the Xbox whilst still holding the power button.
4) Let the power button go.
5) Plug the power cable back into the Xbox.
6) Turn on your Xbox and try your previously broken game.
7) Now it's fixed. Hopefully.
