I really hate my Xbox One. I want to like it. I want to play it and have a good time like I did on my Xbox360 but I just can't. The party system barely functions most of the time and makes it very difficult to invite my friends into a game. When we do get together the voice chat system is a mess so we just use Skype or TeamSpeak instead. Since I had to use PC programs to even chat with friends I upgraded to playing on a monitor instead. Then I found the the proprietary headset port doesn't support existing headsets so I had to buy an adapter to make mine work. The adapter didn't work. Several months later newer headsets came out that worked properly but were expensive. They also just included adapters instead of using the port. On top of all these frustrations the User Interface is confusing at best. It often hangs and or needlessly slow. The friend cross following system is weird. And lastly, my Kinect has been far more annoying that it ever has been useful. I am not a PS4 fanboy or a Sony Pony. I really just miss being able to play and chat with my friends on Xbox.
