The Xbox One is once again getting full attention in regards to the X1's Resolution. The claims state that the ESRAM and Xbox One's GPU are the cause of two of the X1's titles Call of Duty's Ghosts and Titanfall are running at only 720P at 60FPS.

The X1's GPU being 1.32TFLOPS and the 32MB ESRAM aren't sufficient to power a lot of the games at 1080P/60FPS. The rumor has it that Forza 5 on the X1 runs at 1080P, BUT because it cuts corners on certain graphical techniques and runs on no Anti-aliasing.

A few snippets

Albert Penello on Twitter:

I've seen COD: Ghosts running on Xbox One. It looks f'n amazing. Wait for real footage, then judge for yourself.

Cboats responses (re-written to be better English)

We Already Know, Titanfall Also. Not cool to hold back on stuff/ Even if your job to obfuscate.
Transparency is better when dealing with this position, but whatever though.

A thanks to Colin for the heads up!
