Xbox Series X: A Powerful Console, Possibly Confusing Name, and Bright Future for Xbox
39The Xbox Series X has been revealed and for a console, it's a monster. It's about what most of us expected from a next generation Xbox. Microsoft has yet to reveal if they were continue bringing Xbox exclusive games to their Xbox Series X as well as PC, but I would imagine that information will come some time in the next 3-6 months. I can't believe how close we are to next generation. It's already been six years since the Xbox One and PS4 released. The Switch released about four years later and about three years after that, we're getting a new Xbox and PlayStation. Will the Xbox Series X finally put Microsoft in a great place in console gaming, or will they still take second and third place next to Nintendo and Sony with the Switch and PlayStation 5? Regardless, I think the design of the Xbox Series X is great. I don't know yet how to feel about the Xbox Series X name. I do think Microsoft should consider changing that, unless it's just a code name of some kind.
