Xbox Series X/S Controllers ARE FAULTY

According to PCGamer, brand new controllers for the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S are not working and certain buttons are unresponsive. The buttons in question vary case by case, but it sounds like a random manufacturing issue could be the culprit. Microsoft has said they're looking into the issue and will provide an update soon.
