Let me say my opinion:
- Xbox 360: Ghost Recon FS could have been at 60 fps native with some optimiztion. Nevertheless, Ubisoft did a great job after 7 year after the Xbox 360 was placed on the market
- Xbox Series X/S (and PS5): Gotham Knights e A Plague Tale: Requiem could have been at 60 fps (and other titles in quality mode like Forza Horizon 5, Hogwarts Legacy) or more with some optimization. I don't believe in people who say "it was a choice"
Even if I understand that optimization means time, resources and money, one must be honest with people who spend money for a next gen console (and PC mid level graphic graphic card). Have been promised 120 fps at 4K amd ray tracing and after only two years more and more games run at 30 fps in high graphic mode. That's not very fair.
Xbox Series X/S and PS5 are great consoles. They deserve better.
