Today Jason discusses the fact that Game Pass is not exactly the most financially viable thing, at the moment. Microsoft's Game Pass has actually been hemorrhaging money for some time. We would be remiss, however, to say that this is not part of Microsoft's long term plan. Suffer a money loss up front for your "Hero Products". Then you plan in the long term to gather enough subscribers to make up that loss. I think that Microsoft will be able to hold onto this loss, probably for up to a decade. Especially since they have so many other avenues to regain some of that revenue. What do you guys think? Will they hold on to this loss for a long time? Do you think it will ever be in the green?
